Vanille milkshake

240g vanilla ice cream
200ml semi-skimmed milk
2tsp crystal sugar
¼ tsp vanilla-extract
1. Put the ice cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract in a blender and briefly run the blender until creamy and airy.
2. Pour the milkshake into the tall glasses. Serve with a straw.
