Since 2004 we have worked directly with the vanilla farmers in Sambava, Madagascar, to bring the best Bourbon vanilla to Europe. Our own brand ‘Royal Vanilla’ has come from our years of knowledge, experience and good contacts with a series of vanilla products for retail, wholesale and industry.
STRAIGHT FROM SAMBAVA
Our Royal Vanille comes from Sambava, the vanilla region in Madagascar. Families grow the highest quality vanilla beans there, they are carefully pollinated, sorted and fermented by hand.
BEST BOURBON VANILLA
Bourbon vanilla is for gourmets, chefs and patissiers. This vanilla variety from Madagascar isn’t called ‘black gold’ for nothing. Royal Vanilla contains the highest percentages of vanillin and you can definitely taste it.

Vanille BV originated from our direct contact with the vanilla families in Sambava. Every year we visit them and we maintain good contact with them. This way we know exactly what we are getting.

HIGH QUALITY VANILLA
Vanillabeans from Madagascar
Of the world’s supply of vanilla beans, 80-90% comes from Madagascar, where 80,000 farmers have been active in cultivation for 100 years. This makes Madagascar the largest producer of vanilla with more than 2,000 tons per year.
Vanillabeans from Papua New Guinea
Another major supplier of Vanilla is Papua New Guinea. They are best known for a variety other than the Planifolia, namely: Tahitensis. Tahitensis vanilla beans are mainly characterized by being milder and providing a floral aroma in the end product.
Our Tonkabeans are high quality and directly imported from Brazil. The beans have rich and aromatic flavours. In smell but definetly in taste. They kan be processed to make sweet and savory dishes. In our Tonkabeans you can find hints of Vanilla, rum and almond.
High quality bourbon vanillapaste, produced by us. with a rich aroma and flavour. Our vanillapaste is appropriate for both sweet and savory dishes. Warm extraction is used to extract optimal flavours from the beans.
High quality vanilla powder with high vanillin content , sustainably grown and preserved against mold by a unique steam treatment ensuring the quality and product integrity.
High quality bourbon vanilla beans are used for our extract. They have a rich aroma and flavour. The extract is appropriate for all kinds of sweet and savory dishes. During cold extraction alcohol is added.
Vanilla beans from our own greenhouse!
Vanilla beans grow in our own greenhouse in Toamasina, Madagascar! Thanks to controlled cultivation under glass, farmers can produce quality vanilla and control the vanillin content. We now have 4 greenhouses and we aim for more in the near future.
